HOW WE BEGAN - OUR ETHOS
Penelope started her own bookkeeping practice because it was always important to her to be at home for her children as they grew up.

Family has always and will always be important and Penelope loves being able to give her team the ability to never miss a sports day or nativity play. You have to work hard to gain this flexibilty, but it is worth it to be there for those important moments.
As her children grew up, Penelope was able to find more time to spend enjoying her passion for open water swimming and sailing. Her life follows the tide. Quite literally. When it’s in, she's out and when it’s out, she's in. It’s as simple as that. Which means she understands the need for true flexibility and places this at the heart of her business.
